Your three days

Every rental covers three days: you pick the gown up the day before your occasion and bring it back the day after.

Booking your date

• Choose your date on the gown's page and send the order on WhatsApp. Your date is booked once our team confirms it and you pay the booking downpayment.
• The booking downpayment is part of the rental price and is not refundable: EGP 5,000 for a wedding gown; for a soirée gown EGP 1,000 when the rental is up to EGP 4,000, and EGP 2,000 above that.
• You pay the rest of the price when you pick the gown up.

Security deposit

At pickup you also leave a refundable security deposit, in the same amounts as the downpayment. It comes back to you in full when the gown is returned, less any damage we find when we check it with you.

Alterations

Every gown is altered to your measurements, free of charge. A large alteration may need more time, so book early.

Pickup and return

• Pickup and return are at our deliveries section in Hay El-Gamaa; a gown from our Rehab branch is picked up and returned at Rehab. We do not deliver to homes.
• A late return costs EGP 200 for each extra day, and so does a late pickup. Both come off the security deposit.

Changing your booking

You can move your booking to another date or change the gown instead of cancelling it. A cancellation is decided by the management.
