This page explains what this website collects and why. It is short because we collect very little.

What stays on your phone

Your favorites, the last date you searched for and your cookie choice are saved in your own browser. They never reach our servers, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Orders on WhatsApp

When you order, WhatsApp opens with your message ready: the gown, your date, your measurements and, if you add it, your name. It is sent only when you press send, to our WhatsApp number, and we use it only to handle your booking. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to the app.

Virtual try-on

If you use "Try it on" on a gown's page, the photo you choose is made smaller in your browser and sent through our server to Google Gemini once, only to make your picture. Raey does not keep your photo or the picture made from it: neither is saved on our server or written in our logs. Google's own terms apply to what Google receives. Please use only a photo of yourself.

Cookies and measurement

Only if you choose "Accept all" does the site load Google Analytics (to count visits), Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (to measure our ads). They receive the pages you view and actions such as saving a gown or starting a WhatsApp order, with identifiers set in cookies by Google and Meta. With "Only necessary" none of them load. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

The online stylist

If you use the stylist, what you type, the page language and the date you chose are sent through our website's server to Google Gemini, only to answer you. We do not keep your messages on our server, and no account is needed. Your conversation stays in this browser tab until you close it. Google's own terms apply to what it receives.

The contact form

If you write to us with the contact form, your name, phone number, email (if you give one) and message are kept on our website's server only so that our team can answer you. We do not share them with anyone or use them for ads. If you accepted all cookies, the measurement tools described under Cookies and measurement also run on this page. To stop spam, the form counts how often it is used without storing your IP address.

No accounts, no payment on the site

There is no sign-in and no payment on this website. You pay our team in a branch or by the method they give you.

We handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us.
