Refund policy

This policy covers rentals and purchases from Raey, whether you book in a branch, on WhatsApp or on this website. All amounts are in Egyptian pounds.

Booking downpayment

The booking downpayment is part of the rental price and is not refundable, however you paid it. Instead of cancelling, you can move your booking to another date or change the gown.

Cancellations

A cancellation is decided by the management. If we cannot give you the gown you booked on your date, we offer you another gown or another date, or we refund what you paid.

Security deposit

The security deposit you leave at pickup comes back to you in full when you return the gown, less any damage we find when we check it with you, and less EGP 200 for each day of a late pickup or a late return.

A gown you buy

A gown you buy is checked with you when you collect it. It cannot be returned or exchanged after you collect it.

Card payments on this website

A refund of a card payment made on this website goes back to the same card. Your bank decides how long it takes to show on your statement.
