Terms & conditions

These terms cover the use of this website. Renting or buying a gown is agreed with our team on WhatsApp or in a branch, under our rental terms.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Egyptian pounds. The days shown as booked come from our booking system and are refreshed every few minutes. A date is yours only once our team confirms it and your booking downpayment is paid. If a price or a date on the site is wrong, the price or date our team confirms applies.

Photos

Photos show the actual gown; colours can look slightly different on your screen. The photos and text on this site belong to Raey and may not be reused without our permission.

Your messages

An order from this site opens WhatsApp with the message written for you. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
