Shipping and pickup

Raey rents and sells gowns from its branches in Egypt. We do not ship and we do not deliver to homes.

Where

• Rented gowns are picked up and returned at our deliveries section in Hay El-Gamaa, Mansoura. A gown from our Rehab branch (The Yard Mall, El Rehab City, Cairo) is picked up and returned at Rehab.
• A gown you buy is collected from the branch it is sold from.
• Addresses, opening hours and phone numbers are on our contact page.

When

• A rented gown is picked up the day before your occasion and returned the day after it.
• A gown you buy is collected once it is paid. If it is still booked by someone else, it is handed over after that booking's return day.

Fees

There is no delivery fee. A late pickup or a late return costs EGP 200 for each extra day.
